InfoStructure - Growing through helping businesses thrive since 1994.
The company began as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the college town of Ashland, Oregon, where it serves over 1,500 customers. In 2003, the company was acquired by Prime Time Ventures, LLC, which is owned by Jeff Rhoden, Scott Hansen and Chad Cota. Two of the owners, Jeff (CEO) and Scott (COO), are operating partners and together have thirty years of operational experience in telecommunications. Chad Cota, former NFL football star for the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts, is a silent partner. By the time that Prime Time Ventures, LLC acquired InfoStructure in 2003, Jeff and Scott already had over 15 years of combined telecommunications experience. They jointly owned and operated GCW Communications Consultants, LLC, founded in 1995, which originally provided managed services in long distance communications, cellular and operator services. This experience enabled them to evolve InfoStructure into a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and eventually provide a wide range of telecommunications services to thousands of businesses and homes throughout Oregon. Today, through its network partnership with regional and national IP providers, InfoStructure has expanded its service footprint to cover all of the USA. The company has grown steadily and profitably, even through the economic turmoil of recent years, to become the reputable telecommunications enterprise that it is known as today.
